Meeting Schedule: 4th Thursday of every month, 7:30 pm, AHF Library
Responsibilities pursuant to AHF By-laws Sec VI-E:
- Make recommendations concerning financing and expenditures to the Board
- Shall see that all expenditures comply with the by-laws and the annual budget; Shall keep a record of the monthly finances through the budget comparison
- Shall hold a Budget Hearing in October of each year
- Shall present to the Board, for the Regular Meeting in January, the names of at leat 2 eligible AHF member to serve as the Auditing Committee.
Time Required:
- Monthly meeting and special/joint meetings as needed - currently scheduled for the 4th Wednesday of each month.
Qualifications:
- Business, accounting, financial planning skills and experience
